Newark City Property Could Become 67-Unit
If all goes well, three Newark city owned properties will be sold and potentially built up to a 67-unit apartment building.
Three properties owned by the City of Newark in the West Ward could be sold for $140,400 to a developer so that a mixed-use project can be constructed.
