Developing near Newark Broad Street Station
We are very excited to hear and see that such a great project is underway near the train station. The lot has been empty for a while, and the new development will enhance the appearance and activity around the area.
A property near one of Downtown Newark’s two major train stations has been vacant for decades. Now, a developer has filed plans to construct a 255-unit project with retail space, an art gallery, and pocket parks.
