The owners of the past Pabst Brewery properties have a meeting with the Newark Zoning Board to discuss converting the property to 660 unit development. The new development would include ground-floor commercial space, approximately 665 parking spaces, a daycare center with an outdoor secure play area, two gymnasiums, a common work area with conference rooms, individual study offices, an outdoor basketball court, community rooms, and other related amenities.
Newark has always had a rich history for New Jersey and America. It’s so great to see additional neighborhoods working towards honoring that history.
