Ideal Development U.S.A., LLC, specializes in the purchase, renovation, flipping, and financing of REO’s (bank-owned real estate) as well as distressed properties, short sales, defaulted mortgages, and tax lien foreclosures.
We buy, as principals, multifamily homes including one to four family houses, mixed-use properties (which are stores with apartments above) and small apartment buildings, commercial properties and student housing.
Our area of focus is New Jersey: primarily Essex, Hudson, and Union Counties.
We also have experience in New York and Pennsylvania.
With over 25 years of buying and selling distressed properties and mortgages, we are familiar with all aspects of negotiating and closing with banks and other lending institutions.
We would also consider joint ventures with qualified real estate investors and rehabbers.
